First Universalist Leadership

Church members with banner for racial justice

Our congregation is governed by our members and led by our ministers using a form of “Policy Governance.” In this model, the members of the church set the mission and vision of the church and empowers the Senior Minister to carry out the mission and leads the staff of the church. Our lay leaders are elected by the other members of the congregation.

What is Policy Governance?
