As we age or recuperate from surgery, we often fail to notice little things we’re doing differently with our body that result in decreased balance and mobility.  Ray will share several insights about movement, each one by itself can make a profound difference, and combined they are even more effective.  Participants will be able to try out each idea after it is presented.

 In the second class, participants will have the opportunity to share about the changes they made and the impact on their balance.  Ray will address any questions, offer additional insights and show how all the tips pulled together can make the process of sitting/standing much easier.

Get maximum benefit by attending both classes, but each class stands on its own.  All activity will be seated or standing – no floor work.

Instructor:  Ray has worked for years to support help folks improve their movement.  He is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitionersm, NLP Master Practitioner and CMT.

 Class fee:$7.50 per session, payable at class
