1. Request a room and date:
To request a room for a church event or meeting, first, check the church calendar to see what is has already been scheduled in the church building for the day(s) you would like to hold your event. Use the form at the bottom of this page to request space on your chosen date. You can also access the form here. Indicate if you have flexibility in your schedule or any particular room needs (privacy, volume level, kitchen, etc.)

2. Promote your event:
After you receive confirmation of your day, time, and location, submit a description of your event including time, date, cost, location, and contact information. Provide an image if possible and an engaging description of your event so that the Communications Coordinator can work with you to get the word out about your event. If this is an internal meeting and no promotion is needed, you can feel free to skip this step. Questions about promoting an event? Call the church offie or send an email to email@example.com.
