Arrive at church about 30 minutes before the worship service to set-up the coffee station and begin to make coffee. Continue making coffee for about 30 minutes after the service, wash cups, and then clean up the coffee station and put supplies away.

Direct newcomers to the Welcome & Information Center so they can fill out a guest registry form and make a nametag. Stay about 1/2 hour after the service to talk with newcomers who return to the Welcome & Information Center. A good fit for people who feel comfortable speaking with folks they don’t know.

Arrive at church about 25 minutes before the worship service to set-up the microphones and turn on the system. Set sound levels and adjust as necessary during the service. Check lighting in the sanctuary and adjust as necessary. Remain in the sound room to distribute hearing devices to those who request them. Record the service. At the end of the last service, put away the microphones. Training will be provided.

Arrive at church about 25 minutes before the worship service to hand out the Order of Service and help people find seats if need. During the service, count the number of people attending (about 20 minutes into the service) and record it on the forms provided. Pass the offering baskets to receive the offering. Following the service count the money received, put it in deposit envelopes, and put them in the deposit box (or safe if they won’t fit, in the deposit box).
