Leadership Round Table

Held quarterly, Leadership Round Table meetings bring together members of lay committees along with staff and ministerial representatives for to facilitate the sharing of ideas, information, and resources across all church ministries and programs. Board of Trustees

Board of Trustees (BoT) is elected by the congregation at the spring congregational meeting. There are nine members on the Board serving staggered three-year terms.The Moderator and Secretary for the coming year are elected by the Board to a one-year term prior to the congregational meeting where new trustees are elected. Committee on Ministry

Committee on Ministry (COM) typically has six lay members. The professional ministers are ex officio (non-voting) members. Lay members are elected for three-year terms with the election of two new members to the committee each year. The committee works with the ministerial staff and lay leaders to evaluate and promote the overall effectiveness of the ministry of the congregation. Visit the COM page for more details.


Leadership Development Committee

Leadership Development Committee (LCD) is composed of nine members. Members are elected to three-year terms, with an annual election of three new members. The Leadership Development Committee publicizes, solicits, and submits the names of all qualified candidates for vacant positions on the Board of Trustees, the Committee on Ministry, and the Leadership Development Committee.
